These Cast Iron Kettlebells are manufactured from heavy duty cash iron.  Ranging from 6 KG up to 32 KG, these single, solid piece casts are machined with flat bases that allow for push-ups and no wobbling. 

The Kettlebell works as weight resistance and counterbalances for various upper and lower-body exercises. You can do pull-throughs, figure-eight swings, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, and jerks. You can also target your obliques by renegade rows and windmills or add these weights to your lunge sequence for increased resistance. The possibilities are endless!
