At BRIXX Fitness, we not only offer top-quality equipment but also provide nationwide shipping and delivery across Australia. Our main courier partner is Direct Freight Express, but we may also use other couriers depending on the size of your order and your location.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Next Business Day Dispatch Guarantee
We guarantee next business day dispatch for all in-stock items. Please note, if your order includes any pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch. If you wish to arrange separate shipments for in-stock items, please contact our dedicated support team.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne.
Metro Delivery Times
- Melbourne: Please allow 5 business days from courier pickup
- Sydney: Please allow 10 business days from courier pickup
- Canberra: Please allow 10 business days from courier pickup
- Adelaide: Please allow 10 business days from courier pickup
- Brisbane: Please allow 10 business days from courier pickup
- Perth: Please allow 15 business days from courier pickup
- Darwin: Please allow 15 business days from courier pickup
- Hobart: Please allow 10 business days from courier pickup
Regional Delivery Times
Please allow an additional 2-3 days on top of metro delivery times.
For Direct Freight Express Deliveries, please note:
- Tracking will become active once your order is picked up and scanned by the courier. If you see "Consignment Number Could Not Be Found", this is normal — please allow 24 to 72 hours for pickup and tracking updates.
- The "Scheduled for Delivery By" date is an estimate and may vary based on courier operations.
- For large orders (5+ packages), deliveries may be split — remaining items typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
- The courier will email you either the day before or the morning of delivery.
- If you have specific delivery requirements, Direct Freight Express can be contacted on 1300 347 397.
PICKUP INFORMATION
If you prefer to collect your order, you can select Warehouse Pickup at checkout.
Once your order has been prepared, our team will send you a confirmation email advising that it is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before attending the warehouse, as pickup is strictly by appointment/confirmation only.
