Your sauna ships direct from Solace Saunas, not from the BRIXX warehouse.
- Dispatch: in-stock saunas dispatch within 3 business days and arrive flat-packed on a pallet.
- Delivery: Australia-wide, except Tasmania. Included for most metro areas. A $500 surcharge applies to regional areas, WA and NT.
- Pre-orders: if a model is out of stock, lead times are 2 weeks to 2 months. A 50% deposit secures your order, with the balance due 7 days before delivery.
Saunas can only be returned unopened and in original condition, and a $1,000 restocking fee applies. Orders cancelled within 24 hours get a full refund, less any bank fees.
