Same Day Dispatch Guarantee:
All orders placed before 10 a.m. (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Times:
- Melbourne: Please allow 5 business days from dispatch.
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart: Please allow 10 business days from dispatch.
- Perth, Darwin: Please allow 15 business days from dispatch.
For regional areas, please allow an additional 3-4 days on top of your nearest metro delivery timeframe.
Pickup Information:We offer a Click & Collect service from our Melbourne warehouse. Pickup is typically available within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply select "Warehouse Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please note that we currently do not have a showroom and cannot accept payment upon pickup.
