A better strength curve
The offset plate-loading sleeve turns on a ball-and-socket joint, which keeps the resistance more consistent through the whole range of motion. There are no easy spots at the top or bottom of the rep, just steady tension on the muscle you’re training. Three sleeve positions let you change the weight ratio to suit your strength and the exercise.
Commercial-grade construction
The frame is 75 × 75 mm, 11-gauge steel box section with 26 mm holes every 50 mm, so it works with compatible attachments and crossmembers. It’s finished in a matte black powder coat and stands on rubber feet that keep it stable and protect your floor.
Smooth, comfortable and quick to adjust
High-quality bearings throughout give a smooth, frictionless feel. Thick, breathable, sweat-resistant padding on the seat, backrest and leg roller keeps you comfortable through high-volume sessions. Chrome pop-pins make switching settings fast, and seven leg roller angles let you dial in the right position for each exercise.
Two machines in one
Do seated leg extensions for the quads, then switch to lying leg curls for the hamstrings without leaving the machine.
